We are looking for a skilled Regional Medical Lab Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead our medical laboratory team in the Medical Services/Hospital industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing medical laboratories and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple medical laboratories.
Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accurate test results.
Supervise and train laboratory staff, including technicians and assistants.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate test results.
Maintain inventory of laboratory equipment and supplies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in managing medical laboratories.
Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with laboratory information systems and software.
