We are looking for a skilled Regional Medical Lab Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to lead our medical laboratory team in providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical management and leadership.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the medical laboratory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain accurate test results and patient safety.
Supervise and train laboratory staff, including technicians, assistants, and support personnel.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and replacement.
Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize laboratory resources and reduce expenses.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, laboratory procedures, and quality control measures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
