Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the medical laboratory.
Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accurate test results.
Supervise and train laboratory staff, including technicians and assistants.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide timely patient care.
Maintain inventory of laboratory equipment and supplies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
