Requirements
Manage a team of 6 8 and a span of 40 clients for credentialing services.
Ensure work allocation and productivity trackers are maintained accurately and reported to leadership team in a timely manner.
Preparing decks, reports and data for both internal and external stake holders
Conduct audits of credentialing files, applications, and processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Ability to perform in-depth research to determine the correct action needed.
Identify and address any deficiencies in a timely manner.
Maintain up to date records and log(s) on quality performance.
Work with the leadership team to coach and mentor the credentialing team
Review and validate SOPs/ process documents
