As a Channel Sales Manager at Maestro Realtek, your role involves setting short- and long-term channel sales strategies. You will be responsible for developing relationships and structuring partnerships with channel partners. Your proactive approach will lead a joint partner planning process to establish mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a productive partner relationship. Additionally, you will coordinate the development of sales and marketing materials to support the success of channel partners. It is essential to train sales resources within the channel and accompany them to client meetings when possible. You will also direct leads generated within the channel to the appropriate salesperson within Maestro Realtek and manage potential channel conflicts with other sales channels. Your role includes evaluating the effectiveness of partner programs, analyzing market trends, and developing sales plans to enhance brand awareness. You will assess partner sales performance, recommend improvements, educate partners about the product portfolio and services offered, and address partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing matters promptly. Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales, and identifying new business opportunities will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will cultivate positive working relationships with partners to drive business growth and stay abreast of the latest marketplace developments and competitor activities. Qualifications Required: - Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with Marketing specialization from a reputed university - Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the Real Estate Industry and desired experience in leading a team of at least 5+ members In this role, your leadership competencies and skills should include: - Good interpersonal and customer-facing skills, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, patience, and politeness in challenging situations - Strong team-working abilities and the capacity to work effectively with minimal supervision - Excellent oral communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority - Adaptability to the work culture of a fast-growing organization This job offers you the opportunity to contribute to the growth of Maestro Realtek's channel sales by leveraging your expertise, leadership skills, and market insights.
