We are seeking a Specialist-Professional Services to join our Client Services team. This role is ideal for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for delivering implementations and integrations for various projects, from initial setup through to live deployment and handover to operations. Roles and Responsibilities : As a key member of the Client Services team, you will: Deliver implementations and integrations for multiple project types across services. Hand over projects to the operations teams once live. Conduct a day-one check-in with the customer to ensure a smooth transition. Migrate projects to production and liaise with relevant counterparties. Lead the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase with the customer, identifying, investigating, and resolving issues with internal or external teams. Gather and set up all required static data in UAT and production environments. Perform system configuration in UAT and production environments. Set up connectivity and integrations within the product. Ensure all integration changes and setups undergo a required 4-eye check before deployment. Ensure all integrations follow established integration standards. Work effectively as part of a professional services project team, collaborating with a project manager and solution design manager. Work effectively with key internal stakeholders, such as the connectivity, product, or development teams. Skills Required Knowledge of message formats such as FIX, XML, JSON, or CSV . Ability to define and document detailed workflow processes. Strong customer-facing skills . Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications: Essential: Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering. Desired: Bachelor's Degree (BE) in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering. We Value: Strong leadership and team management skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide service support for complex BMS, IBMS, Security Systems, and Life Safety Systems. Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance jobs to ensure 100% compliance with operational parameters. Ensure 100% compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA), Operational Turnaround (OTA), and On-Time Completion (OTC). Lead and manage a team of Service Engineers (both HAIL/Subcontract payroll). Achieve Order Booking, Revenue, and Collection targets every month. Coordinate with the customer-facing team to address all service requirements and maintain relationships. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC, BMS, IBMS, FAS, Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, etc. Desired: Familiarity with Honeywell BMS, EBI, and related systems. Additional Skills/Qualifications: Ability to handle and lead a team of engineers (HAIL/Subcontract payroll). Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Results-oriented and hardworking mindset. Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar domain.
