As a Finance Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading the accounting, finance, and taxation functions. Your role will involve managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth. You will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage budgeting and forecasting, and ensure timely and accurate tax compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. - Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth audits and timely completion of financial statements. - Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making. - Analyze financial performance, identify improvement areas, and provide management recommendations. - Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability, cash flow, and return on investment. - Manage all aspects of taxation, including income tax and GST. - Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to minimize tax liabilities. - Manage the company's cash flow, including cash forecasting, management of bank accounts, and investment of surplus funds. - Ensure effective internal controls, including risk management and mitigation. - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including financial reporting and taxation. - Identify and manage financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk. Qualifications: - Professional certification, such as CA, CFA, or MBA finance is preferred. Experience: - Minimum 10-12 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, with at least 2-3 years in a management role. - Experience in a similar industry or sector is an advantage. Skills: - Strong technical skills in accounting, finance, and taxation. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to lead and manage a team, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in tally and Microsoft Office.
