We are seeking an 7-10 year exprience
Agile Transformation Lead
to drive enterprise-wide Agile adoption and maturity across teams, departments, and leadership levels.
This individual will lead the development and execution of Agile transformation strategies, coach stakeholders at all levels, and build a culture of continuous improvement and agility.

Scope

Lead and manage the end-to-end Agile transformation journey across the organization.connectors (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, REST, SOAP, database, etc.).
Partner with senior leadership to define transformation goals, success metrics, and roadmap.
Establish Agile governance structures, frameworks, and transformation KPIs.
Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile teams, and executives.
Conduct assessments of Agile maturity and develop strategies for improvement.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and Agile ceremonies as needed.
Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and transparency.
Evaluate and introduce tools and practices to support Agile at scale (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model).
Identify and remove organizational impediments to Agile adoption.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to executive stakeholders.
