Job Description

Job Title: Agile Project Manager / Delivery Manager

Location:

Job Summary:

Agile Project Manager / Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Agile project delivery using Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and developers.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure delivery excellence and adherence to Agile best practices.
Track and report project metrics, team performance, and delivery status.
Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of agility and accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

710 years of experience in project/delivery management.
Agile/SAFe certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist).
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery models.
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in office Bangalore).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in managing distributed teams and offshore delivery within Agile team.
Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
Background in IT services, product development, or enterprise solutions.
