Job Description

Position: Project Coordinator

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Location: Noida Sector 63 (WFO)

Qualifications:

1+ years of project coordination experience
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and various technologies
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with project management methodologies/tools

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage project timelines, tasks, and resources
Collaborate with BA to gather and refine requirements
Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, status reports, meeting minutes)
Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
Monitor progress, generate reports, and keep stakeholders updated
Conduct quality checks and identify risks/issues in execution
Support HR/management in tracking overall team performance.
