IT Project Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between clients, internal technical teams, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project coordination, technical workflows, and cross-functional communication. They should be adept at managing timelines, documenting requirements, monitoring project progress, and ensuring smooth delivery of technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities across multiple technical streams.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and business teams to ensure deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
• Track progress against project timelines, flag risks, and escalate issues as required.
• Ensure smooth execution of technical projects from requirement gathering to deployment.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients to gather requirements, document functional/technical needs, and communicate updates.
• Serve as a single point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring transparency and alignment between client expectations and internal execution.
• Prepare and deliver project reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders.

Documentation & Compliance

• Create and maintain project documentation including requirement specifications, meeting notes, progress trackers, and handover guides.
• Support adherence to compliance, data security, and quality processes.
• Ensure version control and documentation standards are followed across projects.

Process Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks in execution and suggest workflow improvements.
• Support the development and implementation of project management best practices and tools.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing across teams by maintaining structured project repositories.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination/management within a technical or IT-enabled services environment.
• Experience with SaaS, loyalty, CRM, or digital transformation projects will be an added advantage.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Familiarity with project management tools (Zoho Projects, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Slack, MS Teams).

Pay: ₹511,839.00 - ₹1,812,111.00 per year
