Project Role :Program/Project Management Lead Project Role Description :Lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Must have skills :Agile Project Management Good to have skills :Capital Market Regulator Solutions Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification :15 Years of education required Key Reponsibilities :- Responsible for change activities for the Front Office Supervision work stream part of the Controls and Conduct programme - The programmes main objective is to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the key controls over unauthorised trading activity within the Global Markets business - The Change Manager will initially focus on two main work streams:Cancel and Amends and Trade Lifecycle and Analytics, whilst providing oversight to the Front Office Supervision projects - The senior Trading Controls SME Project Manager will manage the PRA deliverables and will be required to have extensive knowledge on Trading controls, good understanding on Front to Back control environment Technical Experience : - Detailed knowledge of Global Regulations / Control enviroment and Global Markets Business - Collation of relevant data and updates, in line with timelines; providing quality assurance with analysis and challenge - Excellent understanding of Project Management practices and Change Methodology eg Agile - Experience in end to end business analysis, requirements and resolution of issues remediation - Working in an agile/DevOps format with Confluence and JIRA - Ability to work as part of a Global Team, working across different time zones and with different teams - Ability to work effectively to strict timelines and deadlines - Work with Technology teams in Front and Middle Office Professional Attributes :- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to deal with multiple activities across challenging deadlines - Strong documentation and communication skills - Strong interpretation and analytic skills with ability to challenge, draw conclusions and communicate outcomes simply
