Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Managing daily production for efficiency and quality.
Team Leadership: Supervising engineers, technicians, and shift managers.
Process Optimization: Implementing lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and energy efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring products meet industry and customer standards.
Maintenance Coordination: Overseeing preventive maintenance for critical equipment like furnaces and IS machines.
Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and environmental Skills & Experience:
Strong background in glass technology or materials engineering.
Expertise with IS machines, furnace operations, and quality control systems.
Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
Familiarity with modern manufacturing tools like CAD/CAM, automated inspection, and clean fuel systems.
