We build operational reporting, KPI frameworks and automated dataflows that enable timely decisions across finance, sales and operations. Location: India (On-site) Role & Responsibilities Develop, maintain and deliver timely MIS reports and operational dashboards for Finance, Sales, Operations and Leadership—ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Extract, transform and reconcile data from ERP/transaction systems and databases using SQL, Excel and ETL tools to create reliable reporting pipelines. Design and build visual dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and automated Excel templates with macros/VBA to reduce manual effort and speed up insights delivery. Implement data quality checks, reconciliation routines and root-cause analysis to resolve anomalies and improve source-data reliability. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into measurable KPIs, SLAs and repeatable reporting processes. Continuously optimize MIS processes—document procedures, automate repetitive tasks and propose improvements to reporting cadence and content. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have 2+ years in MIS/Reporting/Business-Analyst role with demonstrable delivery of recurring reports and dashboards. Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, Macros/VBA). Hands-on SQL experience for data extraction, joins, aggregations and troubleshooting.
