Agentforce Specialist

As an AI and Agentforce Specialist with 1-3 years of experience, your role will be onsite in Mumbai or Bangalore. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to enhance customer service, automation, and agent productivity using Salesforce technologies such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge. Your main responsibilities include: - Providing industry best practices and serving as a trusted client advisor - Driving requirement gathering and being the Salesforce Agentforce platform expert - Building out client strategies and roadmaps for quick wins and long-term goals - Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions - Coaching and mentoring junior team members - Leading the design and development of AI-based solutions within Salesforce, specifically focusing on integrating Generative AI into Agentforce - Developing scalable architecture models to support generative AI tools like Einstein GPT and LLM - Designing and building conversational agents, virtual assistants, and other AI-driven applications - Leading AI strategies that enhance business capabilities using Salesforce AI tools - Ensuring alignment of generative AI solutions with business objectives and industry best practices - Identifying and prioritizing AI use cases for maximum value in customer service and support teams - Overseeing the integration of AI solutions with enterprise data sources - Staying updated with the latest generative AI trends, tools, and technologies - Promoting AI literacy and best practices within the organization Qualifications required for this role include: Salesforce Experience: - Strong background in Salesforce architecture (2+ years) with expertise in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other modules - Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components Technical Skills: - Expertise in generative AI with experience deploying models - Advanced understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration tools - Experience working with Einstein GPT and other AI-based Salesforce solutions Certifications: - Salesforce AI Certifications and Agentforce Certifications are desirable - Other certifications such as Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant are also desirable In addition to technical skills, you should possess strong communication skills to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership and collaboration skills are essential to drive cross-functional AI initiatives, and strategic thinking is required to align AI solutions with long-term business goals.
