Job Description

You should have 1-3 years of experience in AI and Agentforce. The role is onsite based in Mumbai or Bangalore. As an AI and Agentforce expert, you will be responsible for providing industry best practices and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. Your role will involve driving requirement gathering, being an expert in the Salesforce Agentforce platform, and working with clients to develop strategies and roadmaps for achieving both quick wins and long-term goals. You will leverage Salesforce technologies such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge to provide input on design specifications and project plans. Your responsibilities will include translating business requirements into well-architected solutions, coaching and mentoring junior team members, and staying updated on new Salesforce product capabilities. You will lead the design of AI-based solutions within Salesforce, focusing on integrating Generative AI into Agentforce to enhance customer service, automation, and agent productivity. Your role will also involve developing scalable architecture models that support generative AI tools like Einstein GPT and LLM within Salesforce. Furthermore, you will design and build conversational agents, virtual assistants, and other AI-driven applications to optimize workflows and customer interactions. You will lead the development of AI strategies that enhance business capabilities, including automating customer service functions, knowledge management, and AI-driven recommendations. It will be your responsibility to ensure alignment of generative AI solutions with business objectives and industry best practices for AI adoption. You should identify and prioritize AI use cases that provide maximum value for customer service and support teams, focusing on automating tasks, enhancing personalization, and improving response times. You will oversee the integration of AI solutions with enterprise data sources to ensure access to accurate, real-time data. Staying current with generative AI trends and technologies is essential to continuously improve solutions by integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities into Salesforce Agentforce. In terms of qualifications, you should have a strong background in Salesforce architecture with expertise in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce modules. Hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and integrations using Salesforce APIs is required. Expertise in generative AI and deployment of models, as well as advanced understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration tools, is necessary. Experience with Salesforce Einstein GPT and other AI-based solutions is also beneficial. Salesforce AI Certifications and Agentforce Certifications are desirable, along with certifications in other relevant areas. Strong communication skills are essential for conveying complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills are crucial for driving cross-functional AI initiatives and aligning solutions with long-term business goals. An understanding of AI-related compliance and data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA is also required.,
