Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting and training insurance consultants, achieving sales targets, monitoring performance, and developing effective sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing support to sales teams to enhance productivity.
