Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Partner located in Meerut. The Agency Partner will be responsible for managing and coordinating with agency teams, developing business strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The individual will also be involved in recruiting, training, and mentoring new agents, monitoring performance, and delivering training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Additionally, the role includes maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on agency performance.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, business development, and customer service
Skills in recruiting and training new agents
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills and ability to prepare performance reports
Proficiency in using business management software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
