*Agency Partner - Aditya Birla Life Insurance Company* *Role:* As an Agency Partner, you will be responsible for Develop the business from your team of Advisors and AAP, contributing to business growth and recuite advisors /AAP *Selection Process:* 1. *Resume Shortlisting*: Applications will be reviewed, and eligible candidates will be shortlisted. 2. *2-Phase Interview*: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a two-phase interview process. 3. *Documentation Process*: Successful candidates will complete the documentation process. 4. *IRDAI Exam Fee*: Candidates need to pay the IRDAI exam fee of ₹637. 5. *Exam Training by Company*: The company will provide training for the IRDAI exam. 6. *Exam at NSEIT Centre*: The exam will be conducted at an NSEIT Centre in your city  7. *Assignments*: Post exam, you will be given 2 assignments - one on recruitment and one on business development, to be completed within 3 months. 8. *Income on Completion*: Upon completing assignments, your income will be ₹60,000 - ₹90,000. 9. *Agency Partner Appointment*: Upon successful completion, you will be appointed as an Agency Partner. *Requirements:* - Good communication skills - Interest in sales and customer service - Self-motivated and target-oriented - Understanding of IRDAI regulations and life insurance products (training will be provided) *Benefits:* - Attractive earning potential - Opportunities for professional growth - Association with a leading insurance company - Flexible working environment
