Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Partner located in Kolhapur. The Agency Partner will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with agents, driving agency business growth, providing training and support to agents, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Relationship management and communication skills for building and maintaining agent networks
Sales and marketing skills to drive business growth and achieve targets
Training and development skills to provide support and guidance to agents
Analytical and research skills to identify market trends and growth opportunities
Relevant knowledge of the health insurance industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in a sales or agency management role is preferred
Ability to work on-site in Kolhapur
