Process we are hiring for - Life Insurance Sales

Notice Period: Maximum notice period considered is up to 30 days.

Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Sales Executives.
Set and monitor team performance targets, track key metrics (e.g., sales volume, conversion rates, customer satisfaction), and provide regular feedback.
Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance team performance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales productivity and achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., channel partners).
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 2 years in Agency Vertical
3 to 5 Years of experience into Life insurance sales.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:

Upto 8 LPA
