Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Kharagpur. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the agency network within the assigned region. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, training, and guiding agents, driving sales performance, achieving business targets, and ensuring agents adhere to company policies and standards. The role also involves monitoring market trends, providing strategic insights, and fostering strong relationships with agents and clients. Qualifications Experience in recruiting, training, and developing agents Strong sales performance and target achievement skills Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to monitor market trends and provide strategic insights Strong relationship-building and client management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Kharagpur Experience in the insurance industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
