Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a team of agents, setting and achieving sales targets, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, conducting training sessions, providing support to agents, and building strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth.
