Role Overview

As an

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified

  agents

  and

  POSPs

  for the distribution of insurance and investment products.

  
  

• Train POSPs on IRDAI guidelines, product knowledge, sales processes, and digital platforms.

  
  

• Ensure regular engagement, compliance, and productivity of POSPs.

  
  

• Drive the sales of multiple financial products through the agency and POSP channels:

  
  

• Life Insurance

  
  

• Health Insurance

  
  

• General Insurance

  (Motor, Travel, Home, etc.)

  
  

• Mutual Funds (MFs)

  
  

• Corporate Fixed Deposits (FDs)

  and other investment products

  
  

• Identify customer needs and align suitable products and services accordingly.

  
  

• Conduct regular training programs and sales workshops for agents and POSPs.

  
  

• Provide hand-holding, joint field visits, and lead support to drive performance.

  
  

• Track sales performance, activation, and renewal metrics.

  
  

• Implement incentive schemes and recognition programs to drive motivation.

  
  

• Ensure all documentation and transactions are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

  
  

• Maintain accurate MIS, reports, and dashboards for management review.

  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred)

  
  

• 1-6 years of experience in financial services, preferably in agency management, POSP handling, or insurance sales

  
  

• Strong knowledge of insurance and investment products (Life, Health, General Insurance, Mutual Funds, FDs)

  
  

• Familiarity with POSP registration processes and digital onboarding platforms

  
  

• Effective communication, team-building, and leadership skills

  
  

• Self-driven with a target-oriented approach
