You will be joining Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Ltd., a joint venture between Fettle Tone LLP and Bupa Singapore Holdings Pte. Limited. Our aim is to be India's most admired Health Insurance Company by empowering customers with expertise. Bupa brings six decades of healthcare experience with a global customer base, while Fettle Tone LLP focuses on transforming businesses. Your role as an Agency Manager will be based in Dwarka, overseeing the recruitment, training, and management of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include monitoring agent performance, offering guidance, developing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. Effective communication with clients, agents, and stakeholders is key to meeting business objectives.
