Agency Growth Strategist


As our Agency Growth Strategist, you won't just be closing deals; you'll be the architect of both client success and the agency's expansion. You'll be the first handshake, the trusted advisor, and the engine that powers our presence in the Thrissur market. Your Impact & Key Responsibilities


  • Forge Powerhouse Partnerships:

     Identify, engage, and secure new clients who are ready to elevate their brand with our creative expertise.
  • Leverage Local Insight:

     Utilize your 

    deep understanding of the Thrissur market

     to identify key opportunities and establish a robust client base.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor:

     Cultivate deep, long-term relationships, understanding client dreams and pain points to position Chiramel Ventures as their indispensable growth partner.
  • Strategize & Pitch:

     Transform client needs into compelling narratives, coordinating with our creative teams to present world-class solutions, proposals, and presentations that win business.
  • Drive Revenue, Own Your Success:

     Negotiate, finalize contracts, and consistently exceed revenue targets, directly influencing the company’s trajectory.

  • What You Bring to Our Team (Essential Requirements)


    We're looking for a passionate builder—a confident communicator who sees a "no" as just a delay to a "yes."

    • Experience that Counts:

       More than 

      2 years of proven success

       in sales, business development, or client relations, ideally within an 

      Advertising Agency

       or creative services environment.
    • Thrissur Market Mastery:

       You must be 

      well-versed with the Thrissur market conditions

       and possess a 

      solid database and established relationships

       with Thrissur-based clients.
    • Prepared for the Field:

       Must own a 

      personal laptop

       and a 

      two-wheeler

       for client meetings and day-to-day job requirements.
    • Foundation for Success:

       A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Irresistible Skills:

       Exceptional 

      communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

      .
