Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Development Manager located in Bidhannagar. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing insurance agents. This includes tracking and managing agents' performance, ensuring they meet sales targets, and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales. The role also involves conducting regular meetings and providing support and guidance to agents to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and training insurance agents
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies
• Ability to manage and evaluate agents' performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Ability to work in an on-site role in Bidhannagar
• Relevant experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
