As a dedicated professional in this role, you will be responsible for strengthening operational delivery to maximize Agency business and customer acquisition. Your primary focus will be on delivering growth through revenue retention and generation initiatives. Collaborating effectively with the Branch Operations Team is crucial in order to generate customer leads and achieve set targets. You will need to derive new initiatives from the existing customer base and explore untapped markets to drive new sales. By leveraging various vectors strategically, you will aim to achieve the desired targets. Managing customer parameters such as persistency for sales and ensuring the product mix aligns with the agreed-upon strategies are key aspects of this role. Tracking competition in terms of products, structures, and initiatives will be part of your responsibilities. Compliance with the guidelines provided by the Compliance Team is essential to maintain operational integrity. Building sustainable relationships and trust with existing customers through open and interactive communication is pivotal to success. You will also be required to determine clients" specific needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and assessing their current coverage and investments. Implementing segmented product-based campaigns and following communication procedures and guidelines are crucial components of this role. Keeping detailed records of field sales calls and home visits, utilizing appropriate solutions and up-selling methods, and performing follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and query resolution are tasks that you will handle regularly.
