Job Description

Affluent RM / Wealth RM : PVT sector leading Bank - Across Mumbai

Job Title: Affluent Relationship Manager (RM)

LOCATION : Mumbai / CENTRAL LINE

CTC : 25LAC MAX

Role Overview:

Build and manage relationships with High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients.
Identify business opportunities and match them to products and solutions offered by BANK
Drive growth in liabilities, assets, and fee-based products.
Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new HNI clients.
Conduct portfolio reviews and recommend products based on client needs.
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure high service levels and satisfaction.
Resolve client queries within defined timelines.
Promote new products and enhance the banking relationship.
Organize special sales events and initiatives for clients.
Adhere to all banking policies and regulatory processes.

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Preferred certifications: NISM, IRDA, AMFI.
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Proven experience in portfolio management for HNI clients.
7-8 years of experience in relationship and portfolio management (Banking/NBFC preferred).
Graduate (MBA preferred).
