Description
We are looking for a Senior Sales oriented Clinic Manager / Centre Head for our Aesthetic Clinic in Chennai who will be responsible for generating sales and making the clinic profitable. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Revenue Generation - Drive clinic profitability by achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Conduct client consultations, perform sales closures, and improve call-outs and walk-in conversion rates. - Plan and execute promotional offers, schemes, and events to maximize revenue. 2. Operations and Administration - Oversee all administrative, operational, and technical aspects to ensure the clinic runs smoothly. - Act as the single point of contact for all clinic operations, ensuring accountability across all functions. - Create, Implement, and Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain service quality and operational efficiency. 3. Client Experience and Retention - Develop and implement client retention strategies to foster long-term relationships and repeat business. - Enhance customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality services and personalized experiences. 4. Team Management and Development - Train, mentor, and manage the clinic team to enhance productivity and service standards. - Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to improve team members. 5. Marketing and Brand Building - Plan and execute in-house and external events to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. - Drive social media marketing activities, including content planning, execution, and monitoring. - Collaborate with marketing team to align promotional offers with the clinic’s sales objectives. 6. Reporting and Analysis - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales, client retention, and customer satisfaction. - Prepare daily and monthly reports for management to track clinic performance and identify improvement opportunities. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience : - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manager in an Aesthetic/Cosmetic Clinic, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in walk-in conversions in a target-driven environment. - Proven track record in client consultations, sales closures, and achieving revenue goals. Skills : - Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a focus on people and operational excellence. - Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills. - Thorough understanding of customer experience strategies and process improvement techniques. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Personality: - A proactive, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude. - Strong client focus and ability to build lasting relationships. - Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt strategies for market success.
