As a member of the Application Evolution Services (AES) team, we seek candidates who excel in a fast-paced work environment and can handle a mix of critical service offerings and engagements, including help desk support, enhancement and optimization work, as well as strategic roadmap and advisory level work. Experience in technical and relationship perspectives is key to supporting customer engagements effectively. Minimum Degree Required: BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MBA / B.SC / B. Com / BBA Minimum Years of Experience Required: 6-10 years of experience Preferred Skills: - SAP Rise Architect, S4 installation and configuration - HANA Database administration - SAP Upgrade - At least one SAP Associate level certification - Exposure to SAP Cloud offerings such as BTP, SAC, and Cloud connector General Skill Set: - Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and personal strengths - Proven track record as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in chosen domain - Ability to develop Client POC/POV for integrating emerging technologies with the product platform - Mentor junior resources within the team - Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Adhere to SLAs and possess incident, change, and problem management experience - Seek opportunities for exposure to different situations and perspectives - Demonstrate leadership capabilities by working with clients directly - Work effectively in a team environment with client interactions and cross-team collaboration - Good team player and contributor to COE activities - Escalation and risk management skills Strong Knowledge In: - End-to-end SAP upgrades, support packages, and support activities - HANA Database and MS SQL Database Administration - Configuration of SAP cloud offerings such as BTP, SAC, Cloud connector - Performance monitoring and system performance improvement - Kernel update, support pack update, and SPS upgrade - System refresh, client copy, OSS notes application, EWA report analysis, Printer administration, Fiori administration - Solution Manager implementation and configuration - SLT Replication setup, configuration, and administration - SAP BOBI, Data services installation, and configuration - Proficiency in methodologies supported by SAP best practices - Knowledge in UNIX/Linux and Windows OS platform - Effective communication with stakeholders and end-users - Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-facing experience - Exposure to ITIL framework Preferred Skills: - ITIL certification - SAP S/4 conversion, HANA Database administration, SAP Solution Manager, SAP S/4HANA System Administration Certifications,
