Aem Technical Consultant

AEM Developer with Java

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable AEM solutions based on business requirements.
  
• Develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and services using

  Java, Sling, and OSGi

  frameworks.
• Customize and extend

  AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms

  functionalities.
• Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party applications.
  
• Optimize AEM solutions for performance, security, and scalability.
  
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content authors, and backend teams to ensure seamless digital experiences.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AEM environments.
  
• Ensure adherence to best practices in

  AEM development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 + years of experience

  in AEM development.
• Strong proficiency in

  Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, OSGi, Sling, and JCR (Java Content Repository)

  .
• Hands-on experience in developing AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
  
• Experience in

  Adobe AEM 6.x, Dispatcher Configuration, and Sightly (HTL)

  .
• Knowledge of

  RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and third-party integrations

  .
• Proficiency in front-end technologies like

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

  .
• Experience with

  Maven, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Strong understanding of

  cloud-based AEM solutions (Adobe as a Cloud Service)

  is a plus.
• Familiarity with

  Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

  .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in

  Adobe Analytics, Target, and other Adobe Experience Cloud products

  .
• Knowledge of

  Headless CMS, SPA Editor, and AEM as a Cloud Service

  .
• Certification in

  Adobe AEM Developer or Architect

  is a plus.
