AEM Frontend Developer

You should have 3 to 6 years of experience and be willing to work in US Shift EST time zone. As an AEM Frontend Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing web content and digital assets using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure timely and accurate content publishing while maintaining performance, accessibility, and design consistency. Key responsibilities include authoring content using AEM templates and components, collaborating with backend developers and designers to build high-quality landing pages, optimizing AEM pages for performance and accessibility, troubleshooting frontend issues, conducting QA and usability testing, supporting content migration and digital campaigns, and maintaining proper asset management using AEM DAM. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with AEM in a content authoring or frontend role, a strong understanding of AEM components and workflows, proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript/jQuery, familiarity with AEM DAM and metadata best practices, knowledge of responsive design principles, experience with design systems or style guides, basic SEO knowledge, and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Nice to have skills include exposure to Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Launch, experience working in a multi-language/multi-region AEM setup, understanding of headless CMS and API-based content delivery, and Adobe certifications in AEM or related Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
