As an AEM Developer at one of the leading MNCs managing a critical project in the banking domain, your role involves utilizing your passion for technology and expertise in developing cutting-edge technology applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and manage cutting-edge technology applications in AEM 6.2 and above. - Utilize strong working knowledge of Java/J2EE, Servlets, Restful Web Services, XML, AJAX, JavaScript, and UI skills. - Implement development experience using Apache Sling, Apache Felix, Sightly, and OSGi Bundles. - Handle Workflow, Components Development, Environment Setup, and Dispatcher Configuration in AEM projects. - Utilize knowledge of Oracle Database SQL for effective implementation. - Monitor AEM infrastructure, provide support, perform problem management, and root cause analysis. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and effective knowledge management. - Train and mentor team members for enhanced productivity. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (MCA also acceptable). - Hands-on experience in AEM with a minimum of 2 projects or 1+ year experience. - Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering methodologies. - Familiarity with change control and change management processes. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Certification in AEM 6.2+ and Java/J2EE related certifications preferred.,
