Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing Pan India Due diligence, Real Estate and Transaction matters.
  • Coordinating with local authorities and counsel.
  • Coordinating with Local service providers for search, registration and translation.
  • Drafting of all kinds of Pleadings, Petitions, Appeals, Counters, Applications etc,
  • Drafting Legal Notices.
  • Review and provide legal advice on MOUs, Contracts, JDA, Sale Deeds, GPA, Stamps and Registrations.
  • Research on Case Laws and Case studies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Lawyers

The ideal candidate(s) needs to have strong experience in handling Due Diligence, Real Estate matters and preparing Contracts, Leases, MOU's etc. The candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on property and real estate matters.

While we need candidates with some experience, we can consider Freshers.

Ability to write and speak good and correct English is essential.

Candidates willing to join immediately would be preferred. Salary will be commensurate with experience, skills and knowledge.

Selected Candidates would have a three months probation.

Key Skills:

  • Due Diligence and Real Estate Expertise:

    Extensive experience and a deep understanding of Due diligence, Property and Real Estate Law.
  • Research & Analytical Skills:

    Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze case law.
  • Communication:

    Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting pleadings and effective courtroom representation.
  • Client Management:

    Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and manage relationships professionally.
  • Negotiation & Dispute Resolution:

    Ability to handle negotiations and settlements to resolve disputes effectively.
  • Attention to Detail:

    High level of accuracy in legal drafting and reviewing documents.
  • Team Player:

    Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling high-profile or complex cases.
  • Familiarity with arbitration and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of corporate or commercial litigation.

Education:

The minimum qualification required is LLB.

Education-

LLB - Law

Post Graduation Not essential , LLM
