Advocate/Legal Consultant

Job Title:

• Conduct

  title verification and legal due diligence

  of land and property, ensuring clear, marketable title before acquisition or development.
• Draft, review, and vet

  MOUs, Agreements for Sale, Development Agreements, Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds, POAs, JDA/JV agreements,

  and other property-related documents.
• Represent the company in

  civil, revenue, and property-related litigation

  before courts, tribunals, and local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with

  RERA, local land laws, municipal regulations, and other statutory requirements

  across all real estate projects.
• Liaise with external law firms, advocates, and consultants for specialized legal matters.
• Review and respond to legal notices, consumer complaints, and litigation-related communications.
• Manage legal risks during land acquisition, construction, and sale phases of the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for

  project approvals, registrations, and licenses.

• Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, finance, projects, and liaison for legal support.
• Conduct legal audits and maintain a centralized legal document repository.
• Advise management on legal strategies, dispute resolution, arbitration, and risk mitigation.

  real estate laws, contracts, and land documentation

• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to handle high-pressure legal situations and multitask across projects
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven legal approach

Qualifications & Experience:

• LLB or LLM from a recognized university; must be enrolled with a State Bar Council
• Strong understanding of property laws, land acquisition processes, RERA, and registration procedures
