Role

UK-based client seeking an India-qualified white-collar crime litigator (junior or mid-level) for a defined, paid mandate.

The matter involves:

Cheating, forgery, and cyber fraud
Forged electronic records (incl. e-signatures)
Corporate misconduct requiring criminal + regulatory action
MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) complaint filing

Important

No U.S. or foreign counsel coordination required

Mandate is strictly India-based (police, courts, MCA, EOW)

Mandate

Confirm status of an already-filed criminal/cyber complaint (I have the reference numbers)
Execute:

FIR escalation/court application (CrPC 156(3)/BNSS (175(3)) and
MCA complaint filing (misrepresentation/corporate misconduct)

Engagement terms

Milestone-based payment only (no retainers)
Written scope + deadline required
Proof of filing mandatory and documentation
Further work only by express agreement

Who should apply

Familiar with MCA filings and corporate misconduct
