Job Description

Job Title: Advocate Real Estate

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all legal matters related to real estate projects, including land acquisition, development, joint ventures, leasing, and sale transactions.
Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as sale deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, joint venture agreements, MOUs, and POAs.
Conduct due diligence on property titles and ensure compliance with applicable property, RERA, and municipal laws.
Liaise with government authorities, land departments, registration offices, and legal counsels for approvals, clearances, and registration of documents.
Represent the organization in civil, consumer, or arbitration matters related to real estate disputes.
Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and mitigation strategies in land and construction transactions.
Maintain updated knowledge of changes in real estate laws, regulations, and local by-laws.
Coordinate with external advocates and consultants for litigation and legal opinions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.
Experience:
5–10 years of experience in real estate legal work, preferably in a developer or construction company.
Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA, registration process, and land documentation.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
