As an Advisor Recruiting Sourcing Specialist at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, your role will involve sourcing and recruiting potential advisors, managing employer branding initiatives, conducting interviews, and recruitment advertising to support business growth. Your focus will be on building a pool of talented advisors to cater to Protection plans, Child education plans, Retirement plans, Savings & Investment plans, and Health plans.
