As a Customer Service Representative in Navi Mumbai, your role will involve managing all customer interactions as per the roster, demonstrating ownership on calls, responding to customers in a professional manner, and providing solution-based assistance. You will be responsible for educating customers, updating your knowledge on products and processes, adhering to scheduled shifts, capturing relevant customer data, and resolving queries within agreed timelines. Your focus will be on increasing, developing, and retaining the customer base through relationship building and quality service. It is important to follow all contact center policies, procedures, code of conduct, and legislative requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all customer interactions as rostered within parameters - Demonstrate ownership on calls when contacted by customer - Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language - Offer a solution-based approach for all customer interactions - Educate the customer at every given possible opportunity - Ensure updation of product, system, process, and policy knowledge - Adhere to rostered timing, scheduled shifts, and activities - Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service - Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines - Increase, develop, and retain customer base through relationship building and service - Follow all contact center policies, procedures, code of conduct, and legislative requirements Qualification Required: - Education Requirement: 10 + 2 / Graduation degree in any discipline - Experience Requirement: Fresher / 6 months - 2 years Skills & Competencies: - Basic computer knowledge - English reading and writing skills - Problem-solving abilities - Customer focus - Technical orientation - Attention to detail - Service mindset (Note: Location Map - Navi Mumbai),
