Adherence to contact center policies, procedures, code of conduct, and legislative requirements is crucial. Skills and Competencies required for this role include proficiency in the local language, basic computer knowledge, problem-solving abilities, customer-centric mindset, technical orientation, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach.
