As an Advisor at PhonePe Limited, your role will involve providing excellent customer experience as part of the Customer Experience Operations team. You will be responsible for handling customer queries related to PhonePe accounts and transactions, leveraging internal processes to drive resolution, and engaging customers to maximize their experience with PhonePe.
