Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advisor at HDFC ERGO General Insurance, located in Secunderābād. The Advisor will be responsible for providing comprehensive insurance advisory services to clients, assisting them in understanding general insurance products, and helping them select the best-suited policies. The Advisor will also be involved in policy renewals, claims processing, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of insurance products and policies
• Sales and customer service experience
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• 10th pass
• Any languages are required
