Job Description

As an HR Advisor at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), you will play a crucial role in supporting people services globally and ensuring HR administration excellence. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the first point of contact for colleagues on HR policies, processes, and procedures, utilizing the Service Now (case management tool) to resolve queries promptly and effectively. - Providing guidance to people leaders and colleagues on various aspects of the employee life cycle, such as onboarding, leave of absence, and offboarding. - Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with data protection legislation. - Collaborating with specialty groups like Global Mobility to support international assignment processes and assist with visa applications. - Handling all hire-to-retire processes for multiple locations, including candidate onboarding, internal transfers, compensation changes, and more. - Conducting new joiner onboarding activities, such as generating employment contracts and initiating background checks. - Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new processes are functioning correctly. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be required to: - Process lifecycle changes, including role modifications, compensation adjustments, and probationary period reviews. - Provide references for current, former, and future employees. - Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of team's work and participate in various harmonization/transformation projects within the People Function. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management. - 6-8 years of prior HR or consultative experience, with a focus on HR Systems, HR Operations, or Employee Relations. - Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and experience with HRIS tools like Workday and ServiceNow. - Strong analytical, consultative, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
