We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Adventure Park Manager to oversee the daily operations and overall management of our Adventure Park at Jubilee Park Resort & Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, guest satisfaction, smooth coordination of activities, and efficient management of staff and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the adventure park, including rides, games, and adventure activities.
• Ensure all safety protocols, compliance regulations, and maintenance checks are strictly followed.
• Supervise, train, and motivate park staff to deliver excellent guest service.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor activities to maximize visitor engagement and satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with the resort management team for smooth integration of park services with resort facilities.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue targets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Develop new ideas, events, and adventure activities to attract more visitors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in theme parks, resorts, or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and adventure activity protocols.
• Customer-focused approach with high energy and enthusiasm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
