Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Panipat for an Advanced DSA Trainer. The role involves designing and delivering advanced training sessions on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), developing course content and materials, and ensuring participants gain in-depth technical knowledge. Additional responsibilities include conducting interactive and hands-on sessions, preparing assessments, and providing constructive feedback to trainees.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and advanced programming concepts
• Expertise in popular programming languages like C++, Java, or Python
• Experience in creating structured training programs and delivering professional training
• Proficiency in evaluating and assessing technical skills and providing guidance for improvement
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with trainees
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in corporate or technical training is an added advantage
