As a performance marketing expert with a profound passion for travel and a talent for steering campaigns towards low CPC and high-conversion rates, we are seeking a Results-Driven Ads Specialist to oversee our Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other performance channels, specifically within the travel industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, launching, and refining paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and various networks for flights, hotels, and holiday packages. - Monitoring daily campaign performance to ensure cost-effectiveness and high return on investment. - Consistently decreasing CPC while enhancing conversion rates. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives. - Conducting A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting for optimal impact. - Staying abreast of trends in travel advertisements, bidding strategies, and algorithmic changes.
