Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in solution engineering and 1 year of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
  • 2 years of experience in system architecture and reading code (e.g., Python).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields.
  • 5 years of experience in Internet products and technologies, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of publisher, advertising market or online ads landscape.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders along with excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts and apply them.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

In this role, you will cultivate relationships with Google’s advertisers, agencies, and partners while also working cross-functionally within Google, partnering with Sales, Go-To-Market, Product and Engineering teams to develop advanced solutions, tools and improve the products based on the evolving needs of users.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure product adoption and usage, be the primary day-to-day technical contact for the clients, providing prompt, consultative support and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to drive communication, prioritization, implementation, analysis, and resolution of customer challenges and issues. Participate in the analysis and research for complex technical challenges and work with Product Escalation teams.
  • Advocate new product features and assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to help them build success. Provide documentation and technical guidance to ensure the technical success of clients’ integrations.
  • Drive the technical aspects of advertiser and publisher integrations by providing necessary documentation and guidance.
  • Review current processes and design/develop tools, processes, workflows to increase team productivity or efficiency.
