The ideal candidate for the Meta and Google Ads Manager role in Pune should have experience in Sales and Marketing, proficiency in Advertising strategies and techniques, solid Project Management skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret ad performance data. Creative thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms are essential for this position. A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Meta and Google Ads. As the Ads Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing advertising campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and tracking and analyzing campaign results. Working closely with the sales, marketing, and project management teams is crucial to ensure strategic alignment. Your daily tasks will include crafting ad content, managing budgets, performing A/B tests, and identifying market trends to drive lead generation and brand growth.,
