Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Ads Manager to join our NextGen Grow team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on social media and Google.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.

Conduct market and audience research to target the right customers.

Create ad creatives and copy that grab attention and drive results.

Stay updated with the latest trends and ad platform policies.

Requirements:

Basic to advanced knowledge of Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Creativity in ad copywriting and visuals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in ads management is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary: Based on experience + incentives
